At Adaptor Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your retro and mod-inspired attire. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the clothing in its original condition with all tags attached to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
